Description
Flat Plate Solar Water Heater Thermal Collector Panel for Swimming Pool, Household Hot water & Central Heating System.
I’m selling 35 brand-new solar thermal collectors (solar hot water panels) purchased from one of the largest solar manufacturers in Taiwan (Ming Yang Co. Ltd. In Taichung, Taiwan), a company that mainly supplies extensively to Germany and across Europe.
These are top-quality stainless steel panels, tested at the factory to 110 bar pressure, ensuring exceptional durability and performance. The tempered glass surface is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
I installed 30 of the same panels on my barn roof about six years ago, and they’ve been performing brilliantly—powering both radiator and underfloor heating systems through my central heating setup.
The 35 panels for sale were originally purchased for a really large swimming pool project but were never installed as I’m selling the property.
If anyone needs a larger quantity, new panels can also be ordered directly from the manufacturer in Taiwan, with an 8-week delivery time.
Price: Selling at my original trade purchase price (per panel 350 NZD), which had no transport costs from Taiwan to NZ. (New orders from manufacturer would be priced higher and include shipping costs.)
I’m selling the panels in sets of 5, as each mounting frame is designed to hold five panels. The mounts consist of two L-shaped profiles that support the panels from top and bottom. If you’re interested in purchasing individual panels, please contact me directly to discuss options.

Kia Ora! In your estimation, could 5 of these heat water in a 180L cylinder only, or would 10 be required. We have a GreenGlo cylinder that is suitable for several inputs (& outputs) eg solar water, solar, wetback, gas. yogadhara (28 • 8:42 pm, Mon, 24 Nov )1 set of 5 will be enough for Summer but in Winter if you don’t want to support with power then I will recommend 2 sets (10). romanschiff (45 • Monday, 24 November 2025 )Yes, pretty much as I imagined. Thank you. How do I make an offer please? yogadhara (28 • 7:42 am, Tue, 25 Nov )Please give me a call and we can discuss. 021838540 romanschiff (45 • Tuesday, 25 November 2025 )Hi. Would 5 panels be enough for pool 8.2m/4.2m sam3675 (11 • 11:52 am, Tue, 25 Nov )Hi there, After my feeling you will have around 110-130 cubic meters, depending on depth of pool. I would recommend 2 sets (10 panels) because then even in winter on a somewhat cloudy day you will still have pool temp or 35-40 degrees. You can give me a call if you need more information.
