HONEYCOMB GREASE FILTER FOR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SIZE:39549550MM
The honeycomb grease filters are a 50mm thick panel filter which have become the most popular grease filter in Australia and New Zealand. They are efficient and easy to clean due to the smooth walled passages of the aluminium core. The unique design of the media splits the incoming grease laden air into many criss-crossing streams and the resulting changes in direction forces grease particles to contact and adhere to the surface of the media. The excess oil can then drain through the corner drainage holes into the collection channels.
The filter is manufactured with a robust 1.6mm aluminium frame. One side of the frame is fixed with recessed stainless steel screws which allows for easy removal and replacement of the filter core if required. The smooth walled honeycomb is formed in work hardened aluminium and pressed into the frame.
