I am selling my Refresh Renovations franchise, which is basically the right to operate a RR franchise in the Wellington region. There are only 6 available franchises in Wellington.
The business is not currently a going concern as I have no pipeline of work and no active projects for a new owner to take over.
Along with the "right to operate" I have valuable IP (operating manuals, checklists, calculators etc) that could accompany the purchase of the franchise.
Currently I have time to devote to showing a new owner the ropes but this will diminish over time as I move on to other things.
Please note that any potential purchaser will need to be signed off as an approved franchise operator by Refresh Head Office prior to the purchase going ahead.
