Durapanel kitset comprising of wall panels, ceiling panels, internal doors, door jambs, wardrobe doors, wardrobe door jambs and trusses for a 70m2, 2 bedroom home. Clients pulled out of the build as they couldn't get finance but this kitset had already been manufactured.

We have the original approved building consent plans and the complete panel plans for construction that we will supply to the successful bidder. The internal doors and door jambs are pre drilled ready for installation .

The kitset has been stored indoors at the manufacturing plant and needs to be moved to its new owners as they're running out of room.

The 75 x 45 battens are already fixed to the exterior of the wall panels. The internal side of the wall panels are ready for the joins to be plastered (minimal plastering required compared to GIB), primed and painted.

Pick up will be from your local Mainfreight depot. This is usually done with a hiab. Photos of actual kitset will be added shortly.
