Hi there , can you please check what the height is from floor to bottom step? corogator (127 • 10:15 pm, Tue, 6 Jan )Hi, the stairs are being stored off-site, but I did measure the base steps (seen in photos) which tags onto the bottom of the stairs and that is 50cm. hoosee (105 • Tuesday, 6 January 2026 )hi what material are they made from? Steel / aluminium? Do you know what the height is from bottom steep to top step? im trying to see if these would be suitable to access a shipping container roof that i want to build a look out on top of - thanks arekahana (607 • 3:21 pm, Thu, 8 Jan )It’s made of steel and very well constructed. As to the height from bottom step to top, I don’t have that measurement sorry. Great idea for its use. hoosee (105 • Thursday, 8 January 2026 )Are the stairs stainless steel or only for indoor use ? dressmaker2 (42 • 5:36 pm, Thu, 8 Jan )They’re chequer plate which I’m assuming are ok for outdoor use? hoosee (105 • Thursday, 8 January 2026 )Hey! Great description 😆 3.82m, is that from floor level to the top of the handrail at the top? What’s it made of? It’s functional yeah, not just decorative? And over 500kg - the place I’d want to put it is up some steep steps and I don’t think any of my friends would make themselves available that day - is it really that heavy and is it suitable for outdoor use? kakrada (265 • 6:27 pm, Thu, 8 Jan )Thank you lol! 3.82m is from the base to the top of the middle post the stairs wrap around. Made of steel and functional. It was part of a gantry/mezzanine floor which we’ve dismantled. Are you friends with the entire All Black side? Because it won’t be carried up steep steps by mere mortals unfortunately. hoosee (105 • Thursday, 8 January 2026 )
