Steel Span building Built in 2014. Dismantled in 2023. (will require new screws/bolts) Good condition. Galvanised steel framing as new. Stored since 2023 in two shipping containers which come with sale. Size – 29m x 9m 7 bays of 4.1m First two bays had walls and ceiling lined with ply and used as office space. Ply comes with building. This double bay has two windows each side. Next triple bay had two roller doors plus one window at front, two at rear. Next double bay had one roller door and one window at front and two on rear. Last bay had three sides with an exterior wooden door (blue). Not included. All internal walls between bays were lined with galvanised cladding with inter-connecting doors. All exterior Cladding numbered to match original layout. Plan of layout with dimensions for assemble provided. (bolt layout for ground slab) Was constructed on a 30 x 9.2 m concrete slab. Cladding including roofing in good condition. Comes with spouting/downpipes/some fluorescent lights, electrical switch boxes. Building can be re-configured to original layout or split into two or three buildings with additional cladding.
