Uses - you could get a chassis for the framing. Framing comes designed to bolt onto a chassis comes with bolts. This allows you to transport the framing via trailer chassis & unbolt, use adjustable jacks to rise the framing & drive off with the chassis. Or you could use to build a tiny home onto the framing where ever you decide to re locate the framing.
