This auction is for a 6.25m X 2.6m self-contained cabin.

*2.5mm light commercial vinyl for kitchen and bathroom
*Premium residential carpet with 12mm quality underlay and carpet grippers(you decide the colour and layout)
*Fully plumbed kitchenette(1350mm length) with quality sink and mixer
*Fully plumbed bathroom units(shower/vanity/toilet)with quality basin and mixers
*Rinnai or Midea and gasfitting for hot water supply.
*Wiring including: Three indoor ceiling lights & 2 single light switches. Two indoor double power points and one outdoor one for the hot water. One sub-board, caravan plug, extractor fan
***gas fitting/electrical work comes with Certificates.
