Hello what are external walls made of? Does it have Code Compliance? Are there windows in either of end walls? sunflower55 (73 • 8:53 am, Thu, 26 MarHi, the external walls are a mixed metal cladding. There is no Code Compliance Certificate and no formal documentation. Buyers would need to do their own due diligence with council depending on where they plan to place it. That said, it’s well-built and in good condition and you’re very welcome to inspect it or get a builder’s opinion.
