This unit has its own bathroom with a flush toilet/shower combo with an etched glass door, has a vanity with sink and back lit LED mirror, power points, lights and curtains.
Could be put on a trailer or bolt on removable wheels and drawbar if you wanted to be under tiny house/caravan rules.
These are made with a galvanized internal frame, sit on a steel box section chassis, are insulated, double glazed. Cladding on the outside is an aluminum and inside is lined with a material with a cavity making them very quiet inside. Floor base on this unit is a strong light man made material unit total weight around 1100kg Similar size to a British caravan but a fraction of the price! Length 3.93m, depth 2.24m, height 2.36m, sits on adjustable feet and comes with an electrical warrant of fitness.
