This has an external frame and rockwool insulated sandwich panel walls with four double glazed windows and wood look vinyl floor covering with underfloor insulation. These are prefabricated in China and some of the materials and workmanship could be better and so there are some imperfections but a very low cost unit for the size and features which includes transport in the South Island . This price is with power points and an electrical warrant of fitness but we have some without any electrical done for less and some different color options.
