The house can be consented as a caravan if you put it on a trailer. However, the steps don't meet MBIE building code and can be altered by a builder who would like a project if you want to consent it as a permanent dwelling.
Will need to be transported at buyers expense- I can provide contact information for movers. To give you an idea- cost to move from AKL to Whakamaru was $5000.

Hi, Can you clarify the SIPs construction please. Is it metal externally and internally? Or timber type SIPs like Formance with lining/ cladding? What is wall insulation thickness? Any insulation under the floor?
