Description

Grab these big grunty bad boys to have ready for when the battery drill just won't cut it.

I have just put a large mm drill bit into each of theses and drilled through a piece of hardwood and smiled all the way. You forget what torque these mains drills had on their slow speed compared to today's usual handyman battery drill. But I am downsizing so time to move them on.

The Hitachi one is a basic, two speed one with a good quality 10mm ROHM chuck that operates nicely.

The bigger Black and Decker one is a hammer drill with variable speed, 2 speed gearbox and reversible with a 13mm ROHM chuck that also operates nicely.

Both are older and well used scratched and covered in paint but still seem to work well, and at the start price you are getting two for the price of one!
