The ToolShed Drywall Sander has been designed and manufactured for use within the industry and comes packed full of features.

The perfect machine to reduce the hard labour of sanding plaster drywall built and designed for the trade.

The large 225mm sanding disc is driven by a powerful 710 watt electric motor though a worm drive gearbox located on the top head. It comes with a variable speed control switch which alters the drive speed from 800-1700 RPM suitable for a wide range of sanding applications.

The unique design of the top head means it will swivel 180 degrees forward and back and up to 60 degrees left and right making it ideal for sanding ceilings walls and floors.

It features an adjustable shaft length from 1200mm to 1800mm with the flick of a lever higher stud ceilings up to 3m can be easily reached.

The other fantastic feature is the row of LED lights around the circumference of the shroud which shine a brilliant white light onto and around the work area so you can easily see any imperfections while you are sanding.

The dust extraction system keeps your work area clean and tidy and the shroud has bristles that trap dust within the work area. Ideally this machine is coupled with a drywall rated vacuum cleaner which will suck all the dust down the shaft to the bottom of the handle. Simply connect the 2m hose (provided) to the machine and with a couple of adapters (also provided) you can easily connect to most vacuum cleaners. There is also an inlet air control valve to adjust how much suction you require.

Ergonomically designed handles with built in soft rubber grips makes it comfortable and ideal for long use plus the base of the handle has a clip that can clip into your belt when sanding ceilings to help reduce the weight of the machine therefore reducing fatigue.

Once you are finished the whole machine can be folded in half and packed into the nicely designed blow moulded case ready for storage or transport to the next job.
