Because we have almost no surfactant in the product (0.5% APG plant based) those possible harmful effects on geckos are avoided and the gel’s toxicity is kept to an absolute minimum. This product should not be used on plants that are intended to produce food for consumption by humans or animals and should not be applied to areas that may be grazed by food-producing animals.
