This auction is for repossession items in a storage unit of a 1.5 x 2.5 metre size. The unit contains numerous bags of what I guess are personal effects. Fold up table, Mattress by the looks of things. Cant tell if there are items under the bags

There is no "Buy Now" as we are required to let this sale run to completion as an auction. The contents of the unit is sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis and with no warranties, guarantees or liability on the contents, their quality, condition, authenticity or operating state. If the goods are electrical goods there is no undertaking that they work nor the safety of any item. For your safety you should have a qualified person check them before you use them. All sales are final.

Payment - If you win you must pay by Eftpos, Credit Card, bank deposit or cash only.

The successful bidder agrees that should they find any Personal Documents amongst the contents, such as a passport, personal letter or photos, that they return these items back to the seller and there shall be no adjustment to the purchase price.

Pick up Only - Please be aware that the auction is for the entire contents of the unit so ALL items must be removed and the entire unit cleared out including any rubbish.

Pick up is in Newlands and NO VIEWING until the auction has finished and payment has been made.
