Measured all the way around the waist area (aprox waist area) 154cm, so you can roughly see how far it would wrap around 140cm from bottom of neck seam (not the top of the neck seam, just below) to hem Under arm to cuff 33cm

In my opinion it feels and looks like Cotton, label does not say, feels a good quality Cotton, thicker and heavier than a light weight Cotton
Please note this does have some marks on..
