**Express Shipping:

Our stocked gowns are shipped via overnight courier and usually arrive in 1 to 2 days. For non-rural addresses postage can takea upto 4 days

If not stocked then delivery time frame is 8 to 12 working days to your doorstep from the payment date.

**IMPORTANT Sizing and Colours:

Please choose your size and colour from the drop-down menu.

Choose your size based on your bust measurement alone! You don't need to make sure your waist and hips fit into our general body size chart shown along with the images.

Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra. Hold the tape measure firm like you are wearing a fitted top. Now move in 3cm more. It will feel a little tight, but that's what we want!

If in-between sizes, then go to the next size up. For smaller busts or big waists, If the difference between your bust and waist measurement is 5cm or less, then choose a size up from your bust measurement. Don't worry if the size is not what you are used to wearing. We have our own sizing system that works with dresses.

**Easy Exchange and Returns:

We accept returns for store credit only so that you can exchange size or style. There is a $10 return fee per dress for this service. There is no time limit for the store credit. Sorry no refunds. Returned items must be taken to the post office within 5 working days of receiving your item.
