While it is a maxi skirt when worn at the waist, it can also be worn over the chest as a strapless dress, great for pulling over a bikini. Made from soft and lightweight viscos material. Features stretchy elastic section at the top, with tiered panels and curved hem for a flowy look.
Skirt is ankle length on 173cm model. When worn as a dress, it's approximately mid calf length. Length is 95cm to 97cm from waist to hem depending on size.
