Brand New with alterations. This was a size S when I bought it. I wanted it for a function but it wasn't in my size so I bought it and had the waist band taken off and a new elastic band put on and a gusset each side on the hips so it would for me...then I never wore it! LOL
The skirt is lined. Material has a small amount of stretch. Approx length from waist to hem is : 59cm Hips lying flat is approx: 62cm Dark charcoal colour
