Cotton.Trousers have an elastic waist with button front and two pockets. Jacket/top has shoulder pads (which you could easily remove) and one breast pockets. You could wear it as either a top or unbuttoned as a jacket.
She’s worn this one a bit, but it’s still in very good condition.
