Still in shrink wrap. I believe this product was meant to be used on a desktop with a free online subscription trial for 6 months, but since this version is now discontinued I don't know if the online bonus offer would still work(?). The reserve reflects this fact.

Since this is desktop version, my understanding is that you don't pay their monthly subscription fee, which is a huge saving in the long run (and you can keep your financial data more secure).

Their website states 'when installing some early versions, you may need to temporarily adjust the PC date back to allow installation due to expired certificates.'. Installation is entirely up to the buyer, I'm not a technical person and won't be able to help in this regard.

Selling as is, no refund since this is a software.
