We have a sizeable stack of Douglas fir in wide boards. These were bandsawed from old trees with the intention of dramatic craft work. The boards range from 350 x 25mm down to 150 x 50 and 100 x 100mm. Generally three to four metres in length, they are attractive planks, with multiple tight knots. Top of photo.
