(the battery is not included- this auction is for the body only. It requires 35mm film to work. Impt: the last battery confirmed power was still operating, however was not of proper quality and ultimately burnt out my Z1. The Pentax Z-10 (also sold as the PZ-10) is an entry-level autofocus 35 mm SLR introduced in 1991, marking the debut of Pentax’s Z-series film cameras. The viewfinder offers 0.77× magnification and 91% coverage, with basic indicators for focus confirmation, exposure status, and flash readiness. Leightweight (490 g), easy to use, and surprisingly capable with manual lenses thanks to its spot metering and focus confirmation. Downsides include a dim pentamirror viewfinder, no display of aperture or shutter speed in the viewfinder, and limited manual control unless paired with “A” series or newer lenses. Autofocus is noisy and slow, and the camera lacks ISO override—relying solely on DX-coded film.
