Micromega is a luxury hi-fi brand dating back about four decades, the IA 400 is a very powerful integrated amp capable of driving almost all types of speakers, even the most demanding ones. It is an excellent example of Class D amp which demonstrates high efficiency, low heat loss, optimal size and weight, giving advantage over older topologies. It is built on Hypex modules, which considered one of the best developers of this amp class.

This is a high end amplifier with high quality build and components. The RRP at the time of release was around 3,500 USD. The amp has been professionally serviced by Axent Audio in 2023, so it is in good working order. Also fitted a new Hypex module so there will be plenty of life to enjoy for a new owner. Cost me around $500 for servicing which new owner can benefit.

Has good reviews online, considered a musical and engaging amp. I purchased it directly from the NZ distributor at the time (Wildash Audio). Selling now as have upgraded speakers and getting a new amp to match. There is a headphone and subwoofer output and a preout too. See photos attached
