This is a rare opportunity to pick up a complete, fully-matched Sony XO-D501 system — receiver, turntable, main speakers, and surround speakers — all original, all working well except for the cassette decks (details below).

This is not a parts stack. It’s a genuine full system from the late 1980s / early 1990s, well preserved and always stored indoors.

Cassette Deck Note During final testing I found that both cassette decks power on, engage, and attempt to run, but the tapes are not winding. This is almost certainly due to aged drive belts, which is a very common and easily fixed issue on vintage Sony gear. Replacement belts are inexpensive and widely available online.

Everything else functions as expected — amp, tuner, EQ, turntable and speakers all performing strongly.
