Been stored for past year, only used for approx 20 hours (new) on SL-V5 turntable when I bought the system.
No issues with it - just that I had a better cartridge waiting to be fitted.
It will come in a Empire Scientific cartridge box (with OEM packaging material within).
First & 3rd picture is one that I have taken the middle picture is from internet (I could not get a clear enough picture showing the fine details) - my setup is super clean with only 20 hours usage.
