Melting point (solder temperature) of load free solder is about 25-30 degree C higher than solder containing Lead (Pb).
Melting Point: 225 Degree C Diameter: 0.6 mm.
This Lead-free solder contains 99.3% Tin (Sn) and 0.7% copper (Cu) known as SnCu0.7
No flux needed , which makes soldering easy. Excellent wettability Excellent solderability Lead-Free Flux Core
