Design and construction

Designer: Charles Pollock, 1963

"Rim technology": An extruded aluminum rim wraps the chair's perimeter, connecting the shell, seat, and upholstery while providing structural support.

Shell: The outer shell is made of textured polypropylene.

Upholstery: Features multi-density urethane foam with button tufting.

Arms: Designed with seamless black phenolic plastic.

Base: Typically has a five-star steel base with casters, though a four-star base is also available. The base can be polished or powder-coated.

Features and functionality

Ergonomic support: Includes a waterfall seat edge and a molded back for comfort.

Adjustability: Features height-adjustable seat, swivel, and tilt functions.

Durability: The aluminum rim and high-quality construction ensure lasting durability.

Note the chair is in a used condition and may have some minor damage and wear this is reflected in my asking price, but it has been kept well enough and is still an extremely desirable design, designer, and design-piece. (Not to mention that it's very luxurious to sit in, and that it is a statement of class...anyone who knows their high-end-sh*t will recognise this chair, and in turn, recognise... Oh yeah... This is BOSS-LEVEL.
