Description
A well-built, fully mechanical, coin-operated “9-Cup” arcade-style machine, inspired by classic Allwin bagatelle designs.
This is a solid, weighty piece featuring a timber cabinet, glass front panel, metal fittings and a traditional mechanical ball-run and scoring system. The machine operates smoothly and presents extremely well as both a functional game and a statement decorative item.
The internal mechanism is located behind the locked front panel. The original key for this door is missing, so the mechanism has not been accessed or disturbed, and no claims are being made regarding exact manufacturer or production year. The lower coin collection compartment does open.
Based on construction, materials and operation, this machine is best described as a high-quality retro mechanical arcade game rather than a modern digital reproduction.
Ideal for a private games room, bar, whisky room, or man cave. Inspection and demonstration welcome.

Do you have a picture of the mechanism inside the machine please? pin (518 • 8:09 am, Fri, 16 Jan )Thanks for checking. At the moment I’m unable to open the front panel as the original key for the main door is missing. For that reason I can’t safely access the internal mechanism without forcing the lock, which I don’t want to do. That said, the machine is fully mechanical and complete, and I’m very happy to demonstrate its operation in person if you’d like to view it. The lower compartment (coin collection box) does open, but the main mechanism sits behind the locked front panel. simba135 (36 • Friday, 16 January 2026 )Thanks for that; it was more just to ascertain its vintage as it is identical to the Nostalgic Machines model (circa 1996) but checking the mechanism would confirm this or otherwise with makers' marks, serial # etc. pin (518 • 2:58 pm, Fri, 16 Jan )That makes sense. Without the original front door key I’m unable to access the internal mechanism without forcing the lock, so I’m not making any definitive claims about exact maker or year. The description is based on the machine’s build, materials and operation, and you’re very welcome to view it in person. simba135 (36 • Friday, 16 January 2026 )
