I am parting with my beloved Steam Deck. It's provided me with countless hours of entertainment, and as a new dad it was an absolute game changer being able to get some much needed relaxation in while the little one napped on me. Although I also have a gaming PC I barely touched that once I got this thing, the convenience factor just can't be beaten. I've recently upgraded to another handheld so time to move the Deck on to someone else who will continue to enjoy it.

It's in absolutely excellent condition with no marks on the screen (I look after my toys) and Deck-ed out with most of the upgrades worth doing:

• 1TB NVMe SSD
• Hall effect joysticks (I never had issues with stick drift personally, but these ensure that the next lucky owner never will!)
• Fan replacement (the stock fan has an annoying highly pitched whine to it and this higher quality one is much quieter)
• And last but not least the Atomic Purple shell from eXtreme Rate that gives it a pretty unique look (it has a really great soft feel to it and the transparent vibe really takes me back to my misspent youth)

The original parts are included in the sale along with some other bits I've got (see the pictures) in case you want to swap things back or just keep them as spares. The shell came with transparent triggers, buttons and touchpads but personally I thought the black looked better so I left them, however there's no accounting for taste so they're there if you want.
