Architectural company laptop, brought brand new from Xtreme PC in 2018 – don’t have copy of receipt unfortunately but we are the only owners. Would be a great gaming lap top or for another Architectural Designer or student as it runs ArchiCAD and other BIM software nicely!

Note: Charger has small cuts on it but has never affected charging at all. Two very tiny dents on the top but very hard to see unless you hold it in the light a certain angle and it doesn't affect the laptop performance or anything. Laptop is best kept on the charger as battery doesn't last long(pretty normal for laptops, specially gaming laptops).
