Unlike most PS2 slim models, SCPH-9000 does this require a power adapter. Just plug directly into the wall.
Signs of rust as pictured, so sold as is. Currently plays games without issues but no guarantee long term.
One generic controller is included, with a tear in the cable but works fine.
