Sony PS3 Console with Controller and Box (120G)

I have owned this console since new. It was originally purchased in Hong Kong, so I still have the original box. I cannot remember the exact storage capacity, but I believe the box will show that information.

I have had this PS3 for many years and only stopped using it last year after upgrading to a PS5, so it has mostly been sitting unused since then. I do not play games very often and mainly used it as a media player for watching movies.

I have taken very good care of all my electronics, and this console is in excellent condition with no visible scratches. I also had a custom protective cover applied around the power/start button area, so it should look close to new once removed.

The console is 100% fully working. The only minor issue is that if it is disconnected from power at the wall, it may prompt you to reset the date and time when turned back on. From what I understand, this is likely due to a small internal battery that may need replacing. I have not replaced it as the console has never been opened.

The controller works when connected with a cable. I have never tested how long the battery lasts, as I am sure the internal battery is due for replacement.

I am not very keen on shipping, so pickup is preferred in Bucklands Beach, or the buyer can arrange courier collection.
