PS4 500Gb About 6-7 years old, kids bought this and have played it constantly over the years and have recently upgraded. We've had no issues with it at all, comes with one controller that is in good condition, two controllers (blue and white) that have had sticky buttons, and two controllers (black and red) that no longer go, but could be used as spare parts. All Sony products. PS4 comes with the power cord and HDMI cord (so you can plug into your TV) and one charger cable for the controllers. We no longer have the manuals for this, sorry.
