Product Condition: All our products are preowned unless stated otherwise. Our team inspects, tests and cleans every accessory before being sold. We do not refurbish accessories internally. All accessories are free from stickers and residue. Our aim is to provide the best quality possible!

Shipping: All our products are well wrapped and protected when couriered. We ship every business day (Monday to Friday) with NZ Post. Shipping times are 1-3 business days for residential delivery. Rural delivery can be an additional 48 hours.

Faults & Issues: While uncommon, occasionally an item may arrive damaged/faulty. If this occurs, we are more than happy to organize a return/refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will rectify the problem!
