These were released with a promotion for the first pokemon movie through Burger King where you could get them as toy for your meal. ( oh how the times have changed) Very cool piece to add to your collection and not seen everyday.
Pokeball is not in best condition alot of the red has cone off over time.
Jigglypuff is overall in pretty good condition.
