How to Use: PM When to Use: After cleansing. Application: Apply face toner to face and neck with a cotton pad or fingers, once daily in the evening. Massage in and leave on. Do not rinse off. Avoid eye area and sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

For scalp: apply to dry scalp three times a week, tilting the head back and sweeping the nozzle from front to back.
