Brand new and unused There is no deal undercap and the nature of the recycled material tube is soft metal so it has spilled lightly out into the lid cap. This is not usage, I have only opened it for pics

Personal opinion: Excellent coverage Hydrating!! Some creams that have this coverage that is a bit chalky or too glittery, this is perfect soft texture and no glitter I use this for blush and is super blendable and buildable coverage Can be set with powder if you don't want dewy finish
