Baoding balls are sometimes called Chinese exercise balls, Chinese meditation balls, Chinese medicine balls, and healthy balls. They’re a traditional product of Baoding, China, thought to have been created all the way through the Ming dynasty. Two or more Baoding balls are rotated repetitively in the hand to support manual dexterity and strength, and They’re also said to assist in injury recovery.

Chinese Healthy Balls date all the way back to the Ming Dynasty. The balls have been said to stimulate the various acupuncture points on the hand. It is believed that exercising with the health balls can assist with healing and improve many ailments:
