The Wild Yam contained in our Wild Yam Cream is in a therapeutic dose that works in synergy with the other ingredients for optimal effect meaning it not only targets menopausal symptoms, but also helps with the emotions that come with menopause and works to calm your body and mind.

Wild Yam Extract supports natural and balanced hormones to assist with symptoms that can occur with PMS, Perimenopause and Menopause and hormone imbalance.

Our Rose Extract calms your body and mind, while reducing feelings of fear and anxiety which can come with hormone imbalance.

Evening Primrose Oil is rich in essential fatty acids and helps with prostaglandin production to support balanced hormones.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil soothes and supports hormone modulation activity by toning our adrenal cortex which participates in hormone production.
