Traditionally used to soothe painful coughs, ease inflammation of the respiratory tract and promote expectoration off phlegm from the lungs. Its known expectorant, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties might be useful in the treatment of dry unproductive cough, acute and chronic bronchitis.

Directions: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
