KAL® Methyl Folate contains (65)-5-Methyl-tetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or glass of water. Use only as directed.

Other ingredients Cellulose, organic rice extract blend and silica.

Reviews Helps with PMS, period is shorter and less intense

I cycle this product several times per year, whenever my period starts becoming irregular and/or too long. It makes my PMS lighter, my period shorter and less painful.
