Reviews I had high prolactin, after I took medication to lower, my numbers became normal. Now I take these to keep my prolactin low.l also feelthatit gives me energy I feel more energetic my brain seems clear and less foggy and I feel less anxious and more, I really recommend this.

I have felt so much better on this. I have MoCo steal issues so can't tolerate sulfur. I also have methylation issues and I believe this is a cofactor to helping both of these conditions. When I started it for 2 nights I slept over 8 hours which is unheard of for me, I never sleep past 7 hours and usually not even that.
