Amount per 1 capsule: Berberine extract (from Berberis aristata extract, root) 500mg, providing berberine HCl Origine 8 25mg, ((consisting of 15mg camellia sinensis),Kuntze (green tea) extract (of which catechin EGCG 6mg and 10mg Phosphatidlycholine complex)), Chromium 25mcg.

Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour, silica and vegetable stearate in a clear vegetable cellulose capsule.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily with meals or a recommended you your healthcare provider.
