Magenta coloured 8.5mm wooden worry beads, bracelets are made by me with a very strong cord and coloured wooden beads. Wooden beads feel warm to the touch and make great worry beads. Pen not included, it is so you can gauge bead size.
Worry beads are a stress and anxiety aid, carry them with you and fiddle with them or count them when you feel stressed or anxious, they distract the mind and allow calmness to seep in.
