Excellent seating for disabled and the elderly. Easy to install by your average handy man or handy as screws onto wall. Small chip on underside of seat in one corner. Can not be seen when seat is up or folded back against wall. Only noticeable if you got on ground and looked back up on underside of seat. Accidently did this when packed back away. Circumstances changed so was never needed. As new product.
