Fruit was machine harvested over 2 nights in late March. De-stemmed only then allowed to run a cool maceration for 13 days to capture the lifted aromatics. Pressed to tank to complete malo then spent 18 Months in French oak barriques. 25% new. Balance seasoned to allow the fruit to still be the primary character in the wine.
