The majority of our items are second-hand goods. Which means they will inevitably show signs of general wear and use.

ORDER PREPARATION

Please allow 0-3 working days for our team to locate and prepare your order for pick up or delivery

If an item in your order is no longer available or we identify a significant defect, we will notify you and issue a full refund

PICK-UP

You will have 10 working days to collect your order, anytime during our normal operating hours. We are not open Sundays or public holidays. Orders not collected within this period will be put back on sale. Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange a later collection date.

COURIER DELIVERIES

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Please contact us directly to arrange. For orders too large to be couriered within Christchurch, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day/time and ask that someone be present to receive the delivery. Note these deliveries are limited to a 45 km driving distance from the store of purchase and to ground floor only. Exceptions can be made with adjusted pricing.
