Make your own breakfast sausages chipolatas chorizo or any type of small sausage with these casings. No hassles. Just slide them on the filler tube of the sausage stuffer and ready you are. No preparation is needed.
The collagen casings do not need any preparation. They are ready to use and are not salted. They have a long shelf life if kept in a cool, clean, and dry environment. They do not need to be refrigerated. These skins look and feel just like normal skins and are often less "chewy" than fresh casings.
You will receive email Instructions and recipes for making most types of small goods at home, you can make your own bacon, ham, salami, prosciutto and much more.
